improve the speed and efficiency of our recruitment administration. The form does not replace your CV and cover letter
(which you will be asked to attach at the end of the application form) but it does enable us to process your application
more quickly. The form itself should take no longer than fifteen minutes to complete.

We outline below the main information you will require in order to complete your application:

- Personal details - Name, telephone number, email address, nationality, languages etc.
- Logistical details - Position applied for, office location preference, work permit, where you heard about Spectrum etc
- Educational details - Business School/University details plus (for graduates only) A level results.
- Experience details - Experienced hires only - there will be the option to state whether or not you have management or strategy
consulting experience; strategy experience and/or our sector experience.
- Attachment - All applicants must attach ONE document containing their CV and cover letter (Word or PDF format) at the end of the
application form. Applications without a cover letter will automatically be rejected.

As a pre-requisite to all applications, you must:

- Be fluent in English (this applies to applicants to all our offices).
- Be willing (and able) to travel.
